1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to micolpe.com, the Micolpe Android and Windows applications, synchronization features, Micolpe Poster Studio and related services (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Publisher and contact
The Service is created and published under the Micolpe brand from Morocco. Contact us at contact@micolpe.com or obtain technical support at support@micolpe.com.
3. Service description
Micolpe is pigeon management software. Depending on the platform and version, it can manage pigeons and pedigrees, matings, races and statistics, photos, PDF documents, synchronization between devices and AI-assisted poster generation.
Part of the Service works offline. Account creation, synchronization, license checks, device management and AI features require an Internet connection.
4. Account and security
You can sign in or register for the member area using Google, by choosing “Continue with Google” on those pages. With your authorization, Micolpe uses your Google name and email address to find or create your account. No access to Gmail messages or Google contacts is requested. The same account terms apply. Google sign-in is not available in the Club area.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and use only devices you have authorized. You are responsible for operations performed through your account, except for fraudulent use not attributable to you. Notify us promptly of any suspicious access.
You must not share, resell or bypass the access granted to your account or attempt to alter security, licensing or synchronization controls.
5. Free trial and access period
A new account may receive a 15-day free trial, subject to the conditions shown in the application. At the end of the trial, some features may require full activation.
The 1-year, 3-year and 5-year plans are one-time purchases that extend the existing access end date. They are not automatically renewing subscriptions.

6. AI Poster generations
Poster generation may require separate units. Unless stated otherwise, one successful generation uses one unit. No unit is used when generation fails before a result is delivered. These units have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, may not be resold and are used only for Poster Studio within Micolpe.
You must own submitted images or have permission to use them. You remain responsible for submitted content and how generated results are used.
7. Orders, payment and delivery
Online orders are processed by Polar, the merchant responsible for payment processing, applicable taxes and order receipts. The available methods are those displayed in Polar Checkout.
Access or credits are normally applied to the Micolpe account associated with the order email after payment confirmation. If delivery is unusually delayed, contact support before ordering again.
8. Delivery and availability
The software is distributed digitally. For questions about the trial, an existing activation or account access, contact support using the email address linked to the account.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network incidents, third-party provider limits or updates may temporarily affect features.
9. Data, backup and synchronization
Synchronization helps make data available across devices but does not replace all personal precautions. You should verify important information and, where appropriate, keep exports or backups. Do not intentionally interrupt a critical backup or synchronization operation.

10. License and intellectual property
Micolpe, its code, interface, text, logos, templates and visual elements are protected by applicable rights. Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service during your access period.
You may not copy, resell, rent, decompile, misuse, distribute or exploit the Service beyond what the law expressly permits.
11. Prohibited use
You must not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent or rights-infringing activity; transmit malicious content; access systems or accounts without permission; automate abusive requests; bypass technical limits; or use AI features to create content prohibited by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend an account because of a security risk, fraud, serious breach of these Terms or a legal obligation. Where reasonably possible, we will inform you and allow the issue to be corrected.
You may stop using Micolpe at any time. Closing an account does may make synchronized data unavailable after applicable retention periods.
13. Support
For technical questions, the trial or an existing activation, contact support@micolpe.com.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Micolpe is not responsible for indirect damages, business losses or losses caused by incorrect user input, a compromised device, a third-party service or failure to keep reasonable backups. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. The update date appears at the top. Appropriate notice will be provided for material changes where required by law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. The parties will first seek an amicable solution. Competent courts will be determined under applicable legal rules.
